Payment Information

Payment may be made either through PayPal or by mailing a check or money order.

Credit cards may be used through PayPal.

All checks must be drawn on American banks and made payable to Charles Ives.

Once we receive word from you that you wish to order a book and will send a check or money order, we will remove the book from the inventory and place it on hold until we receive payment. Payments not received in two weeks for domestic orders and one month for international orders will be re-added to the inventory.

Standard Shipping Cost for Global Media Mail: $9.00
Standard Shipping Cost for Global Priority: $11.00

Estimated ship time for domestic Media Mail: 7 days
Estimated ship time for international Media Mail: 4-8 weeks
Estimated ship time for domestic Priority Mail: 2-4 days
Estimated ship time for international Priority Mail: 5-10 days

All domestic orders are shipped with signature confirmation and/or insurance
of $50.00 or cost of book. International order require air-mail shipping for
there to be insurance or extra precaution. We will do this at the exact cost
to the customer, please contact us if you wish your order to be sent this way.
